Sol Lewitt New Wall Drawing with a
selection of signed catalogues

July 15 - September 20, 2003

Wall Drawing #1096 was conceived specifically for the space and is installed on its north wall. It is 16 feet long by 11 feet high and depicts an open cube seen in perspective. The drawing was realized using five bright acrylic colors: yellow, orange, green, blue and red. The exhibition is accompanied by a selection of titles including recent catalogues such as Fotografia, published by the Fundacion Ico in Spain, the first complete account of Sol LeWitt’s photographic works; and a special selection of out-of-print titles, including a first edition catalogue published in 1974 by John Weber Gallery and the 1978 catalogue from the Museum of Modern Art.
